Production Engineer ( Background Foods )

Responsibilities:robust production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste within our food manufacturing lines.Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Maintenance, to achieve operational excellence.Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflows.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.Contribute to the development and training of production staff, fostering a culture of high performance and safety.
