Production Manager

Develop daily and weekly production plans and schedules in alignment with the sales plan.Manage production operations to ensure maximum productivity and operational efficiency.Optimize the utilization of raw materials to minimize waste and improve production efficiency.Lead and supervise production engineers, supervisors, and workers while organizing work shifts.Monitor employees' performance and provide continuous guidance to achieve production objectives.Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Processed Products Director.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth production processes.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and occupational health & safety regulations.Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture.Minimum 15 years of experience in processed meat and poultry manufacturing.Proven experience in managing production operations within the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to manage production KPIs and prepare operational reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Good command of English (speaking, reading & understanding).Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
