Production Manager - Custom Furniture

Domani is a premium custom furniture manufacturer specializing in made-to-measure kitchens and dressing rooms for high-end residential clients in Cairo and Giza.

We are hiring a Production Manager to take full ownership of our factory floor — responsible for scheduling, quality control, worker management, and on-time delivery across all active orders.Own the daily and weekly production schedule across all active ordersAssign tasks to workers and hold them accountable for daily outputEnforce quality control at every stage — board cutting, carcass assembly, finishing, and hardware fittingEnsure materials and accessories are ready before each production phase beginsCoordinate factory completion dates with the installation team to avoid delaysIdentify bottlenecks early and resolve them without escalating to ownershipReport weekly to the General Manager on production status, capacity, and risks

5–10 years of experience in custom furniture or joinery manufacturingProven experience managing a production teamSolid understanding of MDF, HPL boards, and lacquer door finishesFamiliarity with Blum or equivalent European hardware is a strong plusHands-on, floor-present — not a desk roleStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple orders simultaneouslyProactive communicator — flags problems early, doesn't wait to be asked
