Production Manager | Gas Cooker Manufacturing

Oversee daily production operations across multiple factory sites to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet organizational targets and customer demands.Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and machinery are operating at peak performance.Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics departments to streamline workflow and resolve bottlenecks.Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and resource optimization.Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement plans to senior management.Support the implementation of new technologies and automation to enhance production capabilities.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production management or manufacturing supervisory role.Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced factory environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow optimization.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.Experience with production management software and tools is an advantage.Willingness to work onsite and adapt to changing production demands.
