Production Manager – Snacks Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project & Factory Setup Manager to lead the establishment and successful launch of our new snacks manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in food manufacturing, particularly in snacks production, with the ability to oversee factory setup, production operations, and team development while ensuring operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead the setup, installation, commissioning, and successful startup of the new manufacturing facility.Review production line specifications, factory layout, and coordinate with suppliers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.Build, lead, and develop the production, maintenance, and quality teams while establishing production systems, procedures, and operational standards.Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, food safety, and equipment reliability.Monitor operational performance, productivity, maintenance, and manufacturing costs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.Support new product implementation and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve operational excellence.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in food manufacturing.Previous experience in snacks/extrusion manufacturing is highly preferred.Experience in factory setup and commissioning is an advantage.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
