Production Officer /rotational shifts

Follow up the production running as per the plan for his shift.Utilizing the production workers to get the highest possible productivity.Distributing the temporary workers between oils and non-oils as per the plan.Managing the manpower and try to get the line output AMAP.Follow up with maintenance team for any machine breakdown by raising the job request and communicate to the responsible technician.Analyze the reason for any machine breakdown by discussing the same with the machine operator, line head and shift head.Make sure the M/C has been received at a running condition after closing the B/D and take the quality approval for the same if required.Highlight the major B/Ds to the production in charge and planning in case of the shift passed and still the M/C under B/D.Put the training plan along with maintenance to ensure effective training for all machine operators.Maintaining PM/Bulk wastage to be less than approved norms and initiate new kaizens/projects to reduce/eliminate the wastage.Monitor CFT projects in his area in coordination with quality and maintenance members.Developing a backup operator to run the line in case of unavailability of the main operator.

Bachelor Degree of Science ( Major Chemistry ) or Engineering 2-4 years of Experience Previous experience in FMCG , Packaging
