Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of healthcare software projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software implementation, customer management, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementManage the complete project lifecycle from project initiation through Go-Live and project closure.Develop Project Charters, Scope of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, and implementation plans.Prepare and maintain detailed project plans using appropriate project management methodologies.Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.Customer ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Conduct regular project status meetings.Manage customer expectations and resolve escalations professionally.Prepare executive project status reports.Team ManagementCoordinate activities across Implementation, Development, Support, Infrastructure, QA, and Integration teams.Assign project tasks and monitor execution.Follow up on resource allocation and workload balancing.Drive accountability and timely delivery across all teams.Project GovernanceManage project risks and mitigation plans.Track issues, actions, decisions, and change requests.Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.Lead Steering Committee meetings.Ensure compliance with internal PMO standards.Healthcare SolutionsManage implementation projects related to:Hospital Information System (HIS)Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Radiology Information System (RIS)Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)Laboratory Information System (LIS)Pharmacy ManagementBilling & Revenue CyclePatient PortalMobile ApplicationsQueue Management SystemsERP IntegrationsHL7 & FHIR IntegrationsMedical Devices IntegrationImplementation ActivitiesRequirement gatheringGap AnalysisWorkflow AnalysisSolution DesignConfigurationUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Go-Live PlanningUser TrainingHyper Care SupportProject ClosureReportingPrepare regular reports including:Weekly Status ReportsExecutive DashboardsRisk RegisterRAID LogKPI ReportsResource UtilizationBudget TrackingChange RequestsLessons Learned

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.5 years of Project Management experience.3 years of experience managing healthcare software implementation projects.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and hospital operations.Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare system integrations is a strong advantage.Fluent in English and French is a plus.Preferred CertificationsPMPPRINCE2PMI-ACPScrum MasterITIL Foundation
