Job Description
We are expanding our team and currently looking to hire a Planning Engineer to join our project management team.
Job Purpose
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to support the timely delivery of construction projects.
The role includes coordination with project teams, progress analysis, and supporting management decision-making through accurate planning, reporting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Identify delays and risks, and propose corrective actions
- Support resource allocation and manpower planning
- Assist in schedule-related budget monitoring
- Maintain planning documentation and change records
- Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates
Key Competencies
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of construction processes and contractual requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across all project levels.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.- 3–7 years of planning and scheduling experience on the contractor’s side in construction projects- Strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project- Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards- Solid experience in progress measurement and scope monitoring.- Strong understanding of construction sequences, workflows, and site constraints
