Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.Counsel clients on market conditions and pricesCreate lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.Show properties to potential buyersReview purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.Promote properties with ads and listingsInterview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clientsPrepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market edge.Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
