Property Consultant – Job DescriptionA Property Consultant helps clients buy, sell, rent, or invest in residential and commercial properties.
They understand client needs, recommend suitable properties, arrange viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:Generate and follow up on sales leads.Meet clients to understand their property requirements.Conduct property viewings and presentations.Advise clients on market trends and property values.Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.Prepare and maintain sales documentation.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Sales and customer service experience.Knowledge of the local real estate market.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Valid driver's license (if required by the employer).
Qualifications:High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.Real estate license or certification (where required by local regulations).
