Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns that align with organizational goals.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key influencers to secure impactful coverage.Manage and enhance our social media presence, driving engagement and brand advocacy across platforms.Lead crisis communication efforts, developing timely and effective responses to safeguard brand reputation.Create compelling content including press releases, media kits, speeches, and articles.Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations.Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure message consistency and impact.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Skills/Technologies: This role demands expertise in Public Relations, Marketing, Media Relations, Social Media Management, Crisis Communication, Content Strategy, and Digital Marketing.
