Here’s what it takes:Experience: A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the metals and engineering industries, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Logistics, Purchasing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing skills are essential.Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Location: Must be able to work on-site in Egypt.
