Job Description
- Manage and follow up with existing and potential suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery terms, and commercial conditions.
- Compare supplier quotations and identify the best purchasing options.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and product movement to support purchasing decisions.
- Analyze purchasing, pricing, sales, and inventory data.
- Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing records.
- Follow market prices and product availability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs and improve supplier terms.
- Support management with purchasing reports and recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience inPurchasing, Procurement, or Retail Purchasing.
- Strongnegotiation, supplier management, and follow-up skills.
- Very good command ofMicrosoft Excel and professional email communication.
- Goodanalytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding ofinventory, stock movement, and purchasing needs.
- Experience inelectronics, gaming, consoles, or IT accessoriesis highly preferred.
