Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with non-food suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Initiate, process, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies and timelines.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays proactively.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on product trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging vendors.
  • Analyze product performance, supplier performance, and purchasing data to drive cost efficiencies and strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Manage and execute purchase order amendments and coordinate stop payment requests as needed, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and alignment with procurement policies and supplier agreements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in purchasing and procurement, particularly in (FMCG) prefer non-food products.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and market trend evaluation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the B2B e-commerce sector is a plus.
