Job Description
- Monitor production lines and perform in-process quality inspections.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products according to approved specifications.
- Collect samples and coordinate with the laboratory for required testing.
- Monitor critical quality parameters such as weight, temperature, humidity, sealing, and product appearance.
- Identify and report non-conforming products and production issues.
- Prepare daily quality reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, GMP, and food safety requirements.
- Communicate quality issues promptly with the Quality Supervisor and Production Team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inFood Science or Food Technologyonly.
- Basic knowledge ofGMPandHACCPis a plus.
- Good analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especiallyExcel.
- Ability to work in a production environment andshifts.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
