Job Description
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control team within the Aluminum production sector.
- Develop and implement QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality requirements.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished aluminum products.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality problems.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer specifications, and company quality procedures.
- Train and develop QC team members and promote a strong quality culture across the production floor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in aluminum manufacturing, fabrication, or a similar industrial environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory/section head QC role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of products (Aluminum, Glass and Coating) ,inspection requirements, and quality standards.
- Understanding of aluminum, glass, and paint/coating specifications and their impact on final product quality.
- Good understanding of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
