Job Description
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable quality standards.
- Accommodation / Meals / Transportation Provided.
- Bonuses & Profit Share.
- Medical Insurance Class A.
- Fixed Shifts: 7 AM - 3 PM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering or Mechatronics is a Must.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in quality inspection, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and quality reporting.
- Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent command ofEnglish, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Locations:10th of Ramadan City, Minya Al Qamh, Dairab Najm, Menoufia, Banha, Qalyubia, Sadat City, or Al-Biez.
