Role Description – Real Estate BrokerWe are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Broker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and rental processes, building strong client relationships, and providing expert real estate advice.This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a good understanding of the real estate market Responsibilities:Identify and contact potential clientsUnderstand clients’ needs and recommend suitable propertiesPresent and explain property details (sales & rentals)Arrange and attend property viewingsFollow up with leads and convert them into successful dealsNegotiate with clients to close agreementsMaintain and update client databaseAchieve monthly and annual sales targets
