Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, mortgage lending underwriting, banking, loan origination, or loan processing.Good understanding of the real estate loan lifecycle, from initial inquiry through underwriting and closing.Ability to review borrower, property, and basic financial documentation.Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple active loan files and meet deadlines.High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently during US business hours.Experience with business-purpose loans, bridge loans, rental-property loans, fix-and-flip financing, or construction loans is an advantage.Familiarity with US mortgage terminology and lending guidelines is preferred.
