Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support administrative tasks and other departments as needed
- Work Conditions:
- 2 days off per week
- 8-hour shift (including a 1-hour break)

Requirements & Qualifications
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
