Key Responsibilities Include:Proactively Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, utilizing our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their journey.Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Developing and executing creative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and qualified applicants.Participating in career fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data.

Skills & Technologies You'll Master:Recruitment and Talent Acquisition best practices.Proficiency in various Sourcing techniques and platforms.Expertise in Interviewing methodologies and candidate assessment.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Active Listening abilities.Strong Organizational Skills and effective Time Management.Demonstrated Team Collaboration and Candidate Relationship Management.Foundational knowledge of HR Fundamentals and Problem-Solving skills.A high degree of Digital Literacy.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function.
