Relations Manager

A Relations Manager is a professional who aids in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients.They seek out new business opportunities for their clients while advising them on products or services that best fit their needs.

2 to 4 years of Experience, Proven experience as a Client Relationship ManagerBachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.Experience in sales, marketing or related field, Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.Strong communication skills.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Proficient in Word, Excel, and OutlookComfortable using a computer for various tasks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional leadership and management skills.Strong business acumen, Detail-oriented and persuasiveAptitude for fostering positive relationshipsCustomer-oriented mindsetKPIs:Annualized utilized funds target: 260 Mil EGP.Monthly new clients target 5 minimum files.Renew 80% of Existing Balance of your clients.
