They translate corporate strategies into actionable routines,Ensuring that each store meets service, safety, and financial targets while supporting omnichannel operations such as buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS), curbside pickup, and ship-from-store fulfillment
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in same position and same industry preferred derma background Strong people leadership and team management across multiple locations.Data-driven problem solving and analytical skills to monitor KPIs and operational performance.Supply chain literacy and understanding of inventory management.Change management and adaptability to evolving retail technologies.Retail technology fluency, including POS systems, inventory software, and logistics platforms
