Job Description
- Implement the retail site inspection program and ensure annual inspection targets are achieved.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits at retail stations to verify compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Follow up on corrective actions resulting from inspections and ensure timely implementation.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints.
- Validate station inventory, product quality, and compliance with operational requirements.
- Ensure the proper execution of product receiving, handling, and unloading procedures.
- Monitor station performance and recommend improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of Quality Lab equipment and related assets.
- Conduct regular field visits and prepare inspection reports with recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to HSQE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and conduct frequent field visits.
- Knowledge of HSQE principles and operational compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
