Job Description
*Welcome customers and provide a professional and positive in-store experience.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
- Promote and sell the company's products, including gold coins, gold ingots, and other available offerings.
- Explain product features, pricing, investment benefits, and current market information to customers.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all customer information and sales transactions are properly recorded in the designated systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and maintain branch appearance.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security guidelines.
- Stay updated on gold market trends, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs.
