CIZARO is hiring experienced Retail Sales Associates to join our store teams at:City Stars, Nasr CityPark Mall, New CairoMall of Arabia, 6th of OctoberAll Seasons Park, MadinatyThe Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, helping customers choose the right products and sizes, and achieving individual and store sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their needs.Recommend suitable products, styles, fits, and sizes.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.Maintain excellent product presentation and store appearance.Support stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.Handle customer inquiries professionally.Follow CIZARO’s sales and customer service standards.Cooperate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly targets.Working Conditions8-hour rotating shifts.6 working days per week.Weekly day off.Shifts are rotational and not fixed.Applicants must be flexible to work during weekends, holidays, and promotional periods.BenefitsCompetitive base salary.Sales commissions.Performance bonuses.Medical insurance.Social insurance.Career growth opportunities within CIZARO.

Previous retail sales experience is mandatory.Fashion, apparel, footwear, or accessories retail experience is preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to achieve sales targets.Good selling, upselling, and negotiation skills.Presentable and professional appearance.Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Applicants should live near or have easy transportation to the selected branch.Basic knowledge of POS systems is preferred.Minimum education: High school, technical diploma, or university degree.Males must have a clear military service status.
