Job Description
- Supervise daily retail operations across assigned outlets.
- Lead and coach the retail team to maximize performance.
- Monitor product availability, merchandising standards, and in-store execution.
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Track team performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain departments.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the achievement of assigned KPIs and business
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- +3 years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel ,Outlook must).
- Ability to travel within assigned areas.
- Alexandria residents are preferred.
