Job Description
JOBA Natural Hub is a leading company specialized in cosmetic raw materials and finished cosmetic products.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at JOBA Natural Hub.
Responsibilities:Welcome customers and understand their needs.Promote and sell the company’s products.Achieve monthly sales targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Follow up with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and social media.Keep accurate records of customer interactions.Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree.1–2 years of sales experience.Very good English.Good computer skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Good knowledge of social media.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.Residents of Nasr City, Heliopolis, or Ard El Golf are preferred.
