Sales Associate

Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.Achieve individual and branch sales targets.Promote ongoing offers, promotions, and new product launches.Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked.Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.Assist with receiving, labeling, and arranging new inventory.Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising standards.Maintain branch cleanliness and a professional appearance at all times.Support stock counts and inventory audits when required.Follow company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety guidelines.Collaborate with team members to achieve branch objectives.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG retail is an advantage.
