Job Description
- Engage with showroom visitors and leads to promote Geely vehicle sales.- Provide detailed product knowledge and personalized consultation to customers.- Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and test drive requests.- Negotiate deals within company guidelines to close sales.- Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to align lead conversion efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the automotive industry. (Experienced candidates must have worked for the official importer or distributor only, not at sub dealers).
- Must be detail oriented, deadline driven.
- Able to multitask with solid organization and time management skills.
- Excellent into English.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in using ERP system is a plus (preferably Autoline).
- Good appearance and morals.
