Sales Coordinator

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator / WhatsApp Moderator for Oak Homestyle, a premium kitchens and custom interiors company.The role is responsible for handling incoming leads from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, phone calls, and showroom visits, qualifying clients, sending initial information, booking showroom visits/site visits, and following up professionally.

Responsibilities: / WhatsApp Moderator – Interior & Kitchen ShowroomReply to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and phone inquiries.Qualify leads by asking for dimensions, location, product type, material preference, and project stage.Send approved company messages, estimates, and service explanations.Book showroom visits and site visits.Follow up with clients after estimates, proposals, and visits.Update CRM/Odoo with lead status and notes.Escalate serious/hot leads to management.Coordinate with the technical/design team when needed.Maintain a professional and premium tone with clients.Track lost leads and follow-up opportunities.Support showroom visitors when needed.The role requires fast replies, strong follow-up, good writing, and discipline.

The candidate must follow company scripts and pricing rules.

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, moderation, or showroom sales.Excellent Arabic writing and communication skills.Good English is a plus.Fast typing and strong WhatsApp handling skills.Able to follow scripts and company rules without inventing prices or promises.Organized and able to update CRM or lead sheets.Presentable and professional with clients.Experience in kitchens, furniture, interiors, real estate, finishing, or luxury products is a strong plus.Good follow-up skills without being pushy.Able to work under pressure and handle many conversations at once.Basic computer skills are required.Odoo or CRM experience is a plus.
