Job Description
- Rakaeez Information Technology is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to target B2B companies in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, decision-maker engagement, and booking qualified meetings for our Odoo/ERP Sales & Consulting team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Development, B2B Sales, Tele-sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Experience sellingB2B solutions, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT servicesis a strong advantage.
- Excellent spoken and writtenEnglish.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Ability to communicate with senior decision-makers professionally.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Ability to understand customer business needs and ask the right qualification questions.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
