Job Description
- Identify, approach, and win new B2B customers (importers, wholesalers, retail chains, and distributors) in international markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, including follow-up on orders and payments.
- Prepare professional quotations and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Collect supplier pricing and product information to keep offers competitive and margins healthy.
- Track market prices, competitor activity, and customer demand, and share insights with the team.
- Keep pipeline records and client follow-ups accurate and up to date.
- Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG trading, distribution, or export.
- A track record of generating leads, reaching decision-makers, and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Very good written and spoken English (daily work with international clients).
- Solid Excel and office software skills;
CRM experience is a plus.
- Self-driven and organized, able to run multiple clients and deals in parallel.
