Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with food manufacturers and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell the company's portfolio offood ingredients, flavors, and specialty solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide application-based solutions to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and provide regular market feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inFood Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experienceinB2B saleswithin thefood ingredients, flavors, additives, or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients and their industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
