Overview: As a Sales Fitout Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, focusing on securing and managing fit-out projects.

This is an on-site role, deeply embedded in the bustling market of Cairo, offering direct engagement with clients and projects.

Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients for fit-out projects, cultivating a robust pipeline.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Proposal Development: Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts that highlight our expertise and value proposition.Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and close deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's profitability.Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design and project management, to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills & Technologies: Success in this role demands a strong foundation in Fit-Out Management and proven Sales acumen.

You will utilize your skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Business Development daily.

Familiarity with Project Coordination and an understanding of Interior Design Principles will be highly beneficial.
