- Developing sales options and strategies for monthly and annual promotions.
- Managing the sales team and monitoring their skills.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Preparing quotations and technical proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure sales.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Mechatronics) or Business Administration, or related experience.
- Professional sales or business administration certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in industrial equipment procurement.
- Proven experience in selling CNC machines, laser machines, or industrial production lines.
- Experience managing sales teams focused on sales.
