Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Tissue Mill.
- Lead and manage the Tissue Paper sales team and monitor individual and team performance.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Expand the customer base acrossTissue Converters, Paper Mills, Distributors, and Industrial Clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, prices, and payment conditions with key customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
- Coordinate closely withProduction, Planning, Finance, and Supply Chainto ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely collection of receivables in coordination with Finance.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inbusiness administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably withinTissue Paper, Paper, Packaging, or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of theTissue Paper market, converters, distributors, and key customers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and business development skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Good command ofEnglish and MS Office.
