Job Description
OPTES – Optimum Engineering Solutions is hiringtwo Sales and Marketing Engineerspreferred Metallurgical / Chemical Engineeringto support the company’s expansion in metallurgical, foundry, refractory, mining, cement, and industrial solutions.
The selected candidates will be responsible for following up existing customers, developing new business opportunities, promoting OPTES product portfolio, preparing technical-commercial offers, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Fresh graduateMetallurgical / Chemical Engineersare welcome to apply, provided they have strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to visit customers regularly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Follow up existing customers and maintain strong business relationships.
- Develop new sales opportunities in foundry, steel, aluminum, cement, mining, refractory, and industrial sectors.
- Visit customers regularly and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Promote OPTES products including foundry consumables, binders, coatings, refractories, fluxes, additives, and industrial raw materials.
- Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customer applications.
- Prepare quotations, follow up offers, and support closing sales deals.
- Follow up delivery schedules, customer feedback, and collection status.
- Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer needs.
- Prepare weekly visit reports, CRM updates, sales forecasts, and market feedback reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Own car is a must.
