Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and collect the necessary project information.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams when technical input is required.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers and existing leads.
- Negotiate and close sales within the company's pricing guidelines.
- Keep customer and sales information properly recorded and updated.
- Follow up on ongoing orders and maintain good communication with customers.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and corporate customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer systems.
- Able to learn technical information about 3D printing and related services.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
