Welcome customers and understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Provide expert advice on furniture, fabrics, finishes, and home styling
- Assist clients in choosing products that match their space and design vision
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Follow up with clients to close sales and build long-term relationships
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Coordinate with design and operations teams when needed
- Achieve individual and team sales targetsProven experience in sales (preferably in furniture, home décor, or retail)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sense of style, design, and space coordination
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM systems is a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
