Responsibilities:Engage and consult with customers to understand their preferences and needs for home decor and wall art.Showcase and demonstrate product features and benefits, offering personalized recommendations.Actively pursue and achieve challenging sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth.Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to after-sales support.Maintain an appealing and well-organized showroom, ensuring products are displayed effectively to attract and inspire customers.Stay informed about current design trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Experience with CRM Software and basic Inventory Management is a plus.
