Job Description
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP MM processes including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Goods Receipt (GR)
- Invoice Verification (IV)
- Service Procurement
- Subcontracting
- Consignment
- Stock Transfers
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions and functional specifications.
- Configure and maintain SAP MM organizational structures, master data, and purchasing processes.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting SAP MM issues and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to optimize procurement and inventory processes.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals and process documentation.
- Monitor and improve integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules including:
- SAP FI
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP PM
- SAP WM/EWM
- Support release strategies, approval workflows, and purchasing controls.
- Assist in data migration activities and master data governance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and SAP best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:Computer ScienceInformation SystemsBusiness AdministrationSupply ChainEngineeringAccountingOr related field

- Accounting
- Or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM support and implementation.
- Experience in at least one full SAP implementation or rollout project.
- Strong knowledge of:Procurement processesInventory managementMaterial valuationRelease strategiesService procurement

- Knowledge of SAP integration with FI, SD, PP, and PM modules.
