Security Manager- Facility Management

Be responsible for the hands-on execution of project security management, fire safety management, and order maintenance, and develop and implement manpower, physical security, and technical security measures.Assist in establishing project security management systems, procedures, SOPs, and related documentation, and supervise their implementation.Develop and implement training programs for the security team, covering policies and procedures, fire safety practices, emergency response, service etiquette, and other topics to continuously enhance team professionalism.Organize monthly fire safety inspections and quarterly emergency drills to strengthen practical response capabilities and cross-functional coordination.Monitor the service quality, staff attendance, and compliance of security subcontractors to ensure outsourced services are efficiently managed and controlled.Establish emergency response mechanisms covering fire incidents, public security events, and natural disasters, with clearly defined procedures and command structures to ensure rapid and orderly response.Manage access control, visitor management, and vehicle management systems, and strictly enforce identity verification and access authorization to prevent unauthorized access.Maintain and regularly update safety risk and hazard registers, drive corrective actions to closure, and submit periodic safety operation reports and improvement recommendations.Ensure the project complies with local Egyptian regulations related to public security, fire safety, and other applicable requirements, and cooperate with government inspections to maintain regulatory compliance.Lead the development of security plans for major events, oversee on-site command and coordination, and prepare post-event summary reports.Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.

Minimum of 8 years of security management experience in Egypt; military or police background is preferred.Ability to organize safety training programs and conduct routine inspections.Strong capability in on-site coordination and management during emergency situations.Proficient in independently preparing safety inspection reports and corrective action plans.Good command of spoken and written English.
