Job Description
- Supervise outsourced security guards and ensure compliance with company security procedures.
- Monitor access control, visitor management, and vehicle entry/exit.
- Conduct regular security inspections across the factory and office premises.
- Monitor CCTV operations and investigate security incidents.
- Develop and implement site security procedures and emergency response plans.
- Support investigations related to security incidents, theft, and policy violations.
- Maintain security records, incident reports, and contractor performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with local authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- 3–7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Retired Armed Forces or Police Officers are preferred.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Physical Security Systems.
- Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
