Job Description
Based in Egypt · Frequent travel to Saudi ArabiaA regional strategic marketing consultancy is hiring a Brand Lead to join an embedded delivery team building a brand-led marketing function for a category-leading consumer brand in KSA.
This is a consulting role — you work alongside the client's marketing team to deliver the build, not a client-side position.You'll own the brand refresh and the where-to-play / how-to-win build for a fast-growing consumer brand.
8–12 years in FMCG brand management, with at least one full brand strategy or repositioning led end-to-end (brand heart, positioning, frame of reference, RTBs)Built or run where-to-play / how-to-win growth strategy and a multi-year brand roadmapFluent in jobs-to-be-done / behavioral-change frameworks, translated into marketing KPIsExperience building a top-line growth model tied to brand initiativesBackground from a brand-led FMCG houseRegulated-category experience · GCC market exposure Arabic/English
