Job Description
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Manage and support Dynamics 365 business processes and functionalities.
- Coordinate with business departments to identify system needs and process improvements.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users.
- Prepare and document business requirements, workflows, and system processes.
- Coordinate system enhancements, configurations, testing, and implementation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare user guides and provide training and support to end users.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for system issues and enhancements.
- Participate in Dynamics 365 projects, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inbusiness administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experiencein Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Good experience in
requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and functionalities.
- Experience in user support, testing, and system implementation.
- Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Exceland reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command ofEnglish.
- Experience inDynamics 365 integrations, APIs, or Power Platformis an advantage.
