Senior Graphic Desginer

Design key visuals and marketing materials for retail campaigns and product launches.Create packaging designs for private label products (food & non-food categories).Develop in-store visuals: POS materials, shelf talkers, signage, and display graphics.Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure alignment with guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative briefs and project execution.Design digital assets for social media platforms, website banners, and email campaigns.Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with production vendors for quality delivery.Stay up to date with retail design trends, shopper behavior, and visual merchandising.Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.3–5 years of proven design experience, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector.Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and retail-related design work.Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.Familiarity with print production requirements and file setup.Bilingual – fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Team-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
