We’re a dynamic team of innovators, strategists, and creatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.As a graphic designer, you'll be at the center of our digital marketing efforts, creating and executing visually stunning designs that engage with our audience across various social media platforms.

You'll play an important role in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and contributing to our overall marketing goals.In this role, you'll work within the Marketing department to fulfil the following responsibilities:Maintain brand consistency throughout all our projects.Produce high-quality graphics and designs for various marketing channels.Develop creative and functional packaging designs that align with our brand and marketing strategies.Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with overall social media and marketing strategies.Designing and producing the required projects such as branding, social media posts, printings, etc.Design captivating email layouts.Create content tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring that all content meets brand guidelines.Product design and creative artwork design.Video editing skills to produce short, engaging clips, and reels.Use graphic design software and tools to create and edit designs.Proactively reviewing and monitoring other businesses’ branding and marketing activity to inspire our approach.Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact.

A portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience and creativity.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, etc).A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and details.Passionate about art and capable of translating artistic concepts into compelling visual designs.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies, including emerging trends in e-learning and educational technology in graphic design, web design, etc.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Computer literacy and an ability to learn how to utilise software quickly.Ability to think creatively and innovatively.You must be proactive and self-motivated.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong research and analytical skillsA willingness to listen, learn and grow.
