Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary: The Senior eLearning Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the visual design and development of high-quality digital learning experiences.

This role involves translating instructional concepts into engaging visual assets, ensuring design consistency across learning products, and mentoring junior designers.

The Senior Designer collaborates closely with instructional designers, animators, and project managers to deliver visually compelling and pedagogically effective eLearning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual design and development of eLearning materials, including interactive modules, infographics, illustrations, and multimedia assets.
• Transform instructional design concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging visual learning experiences.
• Develop creative visual concepts that enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and visual standards across all digital learning products.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to ensure design aligns with learning objectives.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by junior and mid-level designers.
• Optimize graphics and visual assets for use in LMS platforms and digital learning environments.
• Contribute to the improvement of design processes, templates, and visual frameworks.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in applied arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in eLearning or digital education environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating eLearning, digital media, or instructional design projects.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of UI principles for digital learning.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with LMS environments and SCORM standards.
• Proficiency in using Generative AI tools to optimize the design process and creative output.
