Job Description

  • Instructional Design & Training Delivery: Apply instructional design methodologies to develop training materials and deliver engaging soft skills courses for internal employees across the Head Office and company sites.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify training needs and competency gaps to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Training Coordination & Vendor Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs, including liaising with external training providers.
  • LMS Administration: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course tracking, enrollment, and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D).
  • Instructional Design: Solid understanding and experience in applying instructional design to design and create training materials.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with LMS and Very Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).Soft Skills & Attributes:
  • High Emotional & Social Intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable, down-to-earth, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and reliability skills.
  • High enthusiasm and passion for the L&D field.Nice to Have (Plus Points):
  • Certified Training of Trainers (TOT).
  • Experience in conducting English language courses.
